Habitech International promotes three types of Business Packages to those wanting to become building material producers. These correspond to small, medium and large-scale production facilities that have been established worldwide to supply the delivery of affordable housing as well as other types of buildings.
These 'business packages' are modeled on private sector enterprises, create employment and provide income for local populations while generating profits making them sustainable, as they don't pollute, degrade the environment or contribute to greenhouse effects.
The production facilities are light industries where quality controlled building materials are prefabricated to exact dimensions using locally available raw and processed materials.
Production facilities can be set up to supply local construction markets or directly on a project site reducing transportation costs. They can be configured to address the demand of specific projects making sure materials are available in time for the construction to be on schedule.

Construction with the Habitech Building System is fast, simple and easy, provides strong and durable houses that resist fire, floods, earthquakes, high winds. The system has been proven to reduce construction costs by as much as 30 to 50% when compared to conventional construction systems.

Habitech International conducts training for micro or small-scale building material producers. These training sessions are specifically directed to community groups, non-governmental organizations, agencies and the private sector interested in becoming producers to address the construction market in their area or to use the building system in their projects.
For an effective transfer of technology, participants in these sessions learn how to set up their facility, produce with the equipment and manage viable enterprises to supply quality products to construction projects.
